This downstairs suite is lovingly imbued with a coastal scandinavian feel. Rustic decor touches add the air of beach holiday,  solid timber bench tops, breezy flowing window sheers, linen weave cushions, jute floor rugs. . 

 

The simplicity in style does not at all forget function with its fully equipped kitchen, freshly renovated bathroom, dynamic sleeping layout options and private courtyard. 

 

The classic galley style kitchen has been hand-crafted from New Zealand grown timber and lovingly built for purpose. Reclaimed Totara french doors provide access to the back units ( for groups ) and doubly add to the airy feel. There is an oven, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle.  Beautiful hand-picked crockery is set up for 6 guests .

 

The bathroom is fully tiled with an enormous walk-in shower with a lush Monsoon head. We provide our favourite eco-based Shampoo, conditioner and body wash for use. There is a hairdryer provided also. 

 

The private master bedroom is light and airy with space to hang clothes and store personal items. Here you will find a queen bed. 

The living area is large in size and can be sectioned off into a second bedroom by simply pulling a divider curtain. In this area there is - 2 x king singles/twin beds or it may be outfitted with a super king bed on request.

The living area is still left comfortable with a cosy couple of armchairs and modern couch. The couch can be accomodate a further adult or 2 children as it pulls out into a bed.  

 

There is plenty of private space outside to read a book on the shaded patio, bathe in the sun, share a dinner at the big outdoor dining table or set the ambience with an outdoor fireplace which can be lit on cooler evenings.
